The faces of kaf properties
Sarah Flynn
Founder and Managing Director

Sarah (pictured) has over 8 years experience in the financial sector, working for global giants Lloyds Banking Group, where previous positions included a number of sales related roles, Risk Manager for Home Insurance and Project Manager for PPI Improvements.

KAF properties was founded in 2016 with Sarah and 3 other family members, who are all directors in the company. Sarah has made a seamless transition to a successful investor and business owner using her vast knowledge and skills honed whilst working in the financial sector.

Sarah has a passion for creating strong, long-lasting relationships, that provide mutually beneficial business outcomes for both company and client.

Sarah’s enthusiasm and tenacity, coupled with her careful approach to business is what drives the company forward and continues it to grow.

Samantha Flynn
Managing Director


Samantha (pictured) comes from a strong analytical background. Having worked for various organisations over the years in analyst roles, Samantha has helped large businesses such as Northern Powergrid become more cost effective and efficient. 

Samantha's excellent ability to dissect data and interpret it into meaningful actions makes her a perfect fit for KAF Properties. Samantha is responsible for ensuring that each property deal works and that there are multiple exit strategies to protect the business from adverse risk. 

Her meticulous attention to detail coupled with her enthusiasm to maximise investor returns are a real asset to the company.

How it works 
 
The initial purchase of a property and the development requires funds to initiate the transaction, offering the opportunity for clients to use their capital to invest in the project. We buy property in carefully selected areas in the UK where there is low supply and high demand of the specific investments we specialise in.

KAF properties specialise in 3 main types of investment

Creating high quality rental accommodation by converting a residential property into shared living or self contained flats Purchasing a distressed property, conducting refurbishment work and then selling for a profit on the open market Aquiring commercial premises and adapting them into a mixed use properties (part residential/ part commercial)
It is important to us that we work with investors who share the same drive and enthusiasm for a project. We like to work closely with our clients to ensure that we have aligned investment objectives to achieve maximum financial gain
